The Boss Taco

There are tacos and then there's Boss tacos. This is the one the truck's named after. The one that changed the way my family had taco night. It's also one I'm most excited to share with everyone. 

The boss taco is made on a flour tortilla, top of bean mix, chicken, cheese, and taco slaw. The chicken is char grilled with more traditional flavors like cumin, and garlic. The taco slaw is a cabbage base slaw flavored with cilantro, jalapeno, and lime. It will be served with your choice of verde or rojo salsa and a lime wedge.
